1. Overview

ListLift ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Garam Softwares, provides an AI listing assistant Chrome extension for sellers on Indian e-commerce marketplaces (Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and Shopsy Seller Hub). We take your data privacy and business confidentiality seriously.

2. Data We DO NOT Collect

• No Seller Credentials: We never inspect or store your Flipkart, Meesho, or Shopsy login credentials or cookies.
• No Buyer/Customer Data: ListLift only operates on public product edit fields. It has zero access to buyer names, addresses, or order history.
• No Catalog Exporting: We do not upload your complete inventory or seller catalog to any centralized database.

3. Data Stored Locally in Your Browser

ListLift uses Chrome's sandboxed chrome.storage.local API solely on your device to persist:

• Your Pro license key and subscription status
• Monthly rewrite usage counter (reset monthly)
• List of tracked competitor URLs and bookmarked SKUs
• Optional BYOK Gemini or OpenAI API keys entered by you

4. Third-Party AI Processors

When you trigger an AI rewrite, the text snippet of that specific field (title or bullet point) is processed according to your chosen mode:

• Chrome Built-in AI (Gemini Nano): Processed 100% on-device. No data leaves your machine.
• BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): Sent directly from your browser to Google Gemini API or OpenAI API using your own API credentials under your respective terms.
• Gemini Free Tier: Proxied securely to our serverless backend solely to generate the rewritten text, with zero persistent storage of prompt contents.

5. Payment Information

We do not store or process debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs. All financial transactions are securely handled by Razorpay (for INR payments in India) or PayPal (for international payments in USD).
