1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the ListLift Chrome Extension or visiting garamsoftwares.pages.dev/listlift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension immediately.
2. Purpose of the Service
ListLift is an AI productivity copilot that provides suggested rewrites and competitive benchmarking metrics for Indian marketplace sellers on Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopsy. You acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions are advisory drafts, and you remain solely responsible for reviewing and complying with marketplace listing policies before publishing changes.
3. Pro Subscription & Licensing
- Single-PC Device Bound: Each active Pro license key is authorized for use on 1 personal computer at a time.
- License Migration: You may unbind your active computer and migrate your license to another machine at any time using our self-service Migration Portal at
/manage-license. - Billing: Pro subscriptions renew on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time via your payment dashboard or by contacting support.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or crack the extension software.
- Abuse our backend AI proxy with automated high-frequency scripts.
- Share Pro license keys publicly or across multiple unauthorized devices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ListLift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While our prompts are optimized for high visibility, search ranking algorithms on Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopsy are determined by third parties and we do not guarantee specific sales increases or Buy Box acquisitions.
