At Garam Softwares (operated by Phulkeshwar Mahto), we strive to build high-quality, privacy-first software tools and Chrome extensions (including SiteBlocker, JD Saver for LinkedIn™, JD Exporter for Indeed™, FocusLog, and LeetGitSyncPro). We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment.

2. Refund Eligibility (14 Days)

All digital software license keys (Lifetime Access and Monthly Subscriptions) purchased directly through our website or authorized payment processors (Razorpay and PayPal) are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date.

• No complicated questions asked.
• Applies to both one-time lifetime purchases and initial subscription payments.
• Upon refund issuance, the associated license key or subscription entitlement will be deactivated.

3. Subscription Cancellations (Monthly Plans)

If you have subscribed to a monthly recurring plan:

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
• Access Retention: Your Pro access will remain fully active until the conclusion of your current 30-day billing period.
• Auto-Renewal Stop: Once cancelled, no further recurring charges will be initiated on your credit card, UPI mandate, or PayPal account.

Once your refund request is received and acknowledged:

• Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours from our team.
• Bank Processing: Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI account, Credit/Debit card, NetBanking, or PayPal wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
